Thank you for shopping with us. Each one of our garments is made to order with care and attention to detail. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds, except in cases where the item is damaged or defective.
For ready to wear products, returns are possible. Please contact us within 7 days to request a return. We do not pay return postage.

Because our products are made specifically for you once your order is place, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for

- incorrect size or style
- delays caused by shipping carriers
Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Email us at with the following information

- a brief description of the issue
- clear photos of the problem
We'll work quickly to resolve the problem by offering a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
